Community Profile

The pace of change in Junction City is something no one could have imagined a few years ago. And the past year has exceeded all our expectations. Our community is changing before our eyes and it may, at times, seem that the speed of change is a threat to the things we value. But no change is not an option. And change in the opposite direction–decline rather than growth–is not what we want. We are one of the very fortunate communities benefitting from our relationship with our military neighbors. Our challenge is to protect what we value and move forward in ways that benefit the entire community, ensuring that our growth and prosperity is not momentary, but sustainable. This is progress for the long term and we are committed to success for Junction City.
