EDC Staff

Josh McKim – Executive Director

Josh McKim joined the EDC after serving as Economic Development Planner with the Northwest Missouri Regional Council of Governments in Maryville, MO.

McKim graduated from Northwest Missouri State University with a bachelor’s degree in history and a minor in economics. He has a master’s degree in economics, with an emphasis in regional and urban economics, from Oklahoma State. He also has expertise in the information technology field, having worked in that area during and immediately after graduate school, and an interest in bioscience and alternative energy opportunities.

Sabrina Conway – Office Manager

Sabrina joined the Junction City/Geary County Economic Development Commission in October of 2007. She graduated from Illinois State University with a B.S. in Criminal Justice and is currently working toward an M.B.A. at the University of Phoenix.

Stacy Schulte – Retail Specialist

Stacy joined us in October of 2007 after being away from the community for 20 years. She graduated from Kansas State University in Elementary Education in 1990 and completed her master’s course work in urban affairs from Wichita State University in 1995. She has seven years of economic development experience as well as five years of retail ownership in a video/electronic store.
